In keeping with SA Health guidelines, you must not attend your appointment if you have any of the following:

  • flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days
  • have had a COVID-19 test or live with someone who has a COVID-19 test and are awaiting the test results
  • have visited a COVID hotspot at the times specified by SA Health, or have travelled from an at-risk LGA in the last 14 days
  • have been a known contact with a person who has a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days
