Online feedback surveys

BreastScreen SA regularly invites clients to provide feedback about their booking and screening experience through an online survey.

If you want a response to your feedback, you will need to email or call us and provide your contact details, as the online surveys are anonymous.

What is an online feedback survey?

After their appointment, we ask clients to tell us about their experience with BreastScreen SA.

Why send feedback surveys?

Feedback is essential to help BreastScreen SA understand your breast screening experience. By looking at feedback from online surveys, we can identify what we are doing well and what we need to improve.

Who is invited to complete online feedback?

BreastScreen SA invites clients who have had a recent breast screen appointment to complete a survey.

We send the surveys to clients who have a valid email address on their records and have consented to receive communications.

Why have I been invited to complete an online feedback survey?

You have recently had a breast screen at BreastScreen SA. We would like to know about your experience so that we can evaluate and improve our service.

What will be done with my feedback?

Feedback provided by our online surveys is de-identified and your personal identity is not revealed. Your responses will be treated with confidence and do not affect your future attendance at BreastScreen SA. Your feedback is used to inform service quality improvement decisions.

Is it compulsory for me to complete the survey?

Participating in the online survey is voluntary. We encourage everyone to complete it. Your feedback will be used to help improve BreastScreen SA services in the future. If you choose not to complete the survey, this will not affect your invitation for your next breast screen appointment.

How much time do I have to complete my survey?

The survey link is active for two weeks after receiving the invitation.

How can I be sure my privacy will be protected?

BreastScreen SA complies with relevant legislation relating to confidentiality and privacy. All survey responses are de-identified and anonymous.
